The Raimondi Raizor MKII Rail Cutting System is a premium professional tool engineered for cutting large format tiles and slabs with unmatched precision, rigidity and ease of use. Designed as an upgrade from the original Raizor system, the MKII delivers enhanced structural strength (+28% rigidity) while remaining lightweight and highly transportable, making it ideal for both onsite tilers and workshop use.

At its core, this cutting system features two connectable extruded aluminium rails, each equipped with three dual-lip suction cups with release tabs. The suction cups securely lock the rails in place on tiles — including moderately textured surfaces — preventing movement or overturning during scoring and cutting, even under heavy operator pressure.

The cutting unit runs on precision resin wheels with bearings and is fitted with a TiAlN-coated Ø22 mm cutting wheel that delivers exceptionally smooth score lines and superior wear resistance. This unit is engineered to transfer all operator pressure directly onto the tile, eliminating mechanical backlash and ensuring clean, accurate cuts every time.

Included with the Raizor MKII is a SNAP cutting-off plier, perfect for tiles and slabs from 3 mm to 12 mm in thickness. For thicker materials, accessory pliers are available. The system also supports extension rails that can expand the maximum cutting length up to 450 cm using the optional 100 cm extension profile.

Every component is stored in a professional padded carrying bag with shoulder straps and an integrated pocket for accessories and tools — ideal for efficient transport and organised storage on site.
